Konvoro Enterprise is for organizations that do not want operational communication to rely on private messengers, personal contact lists or permanently stored chat histories.

The business version is planned as a separated operating model: dedicated server instance, clear responsibility, company-specific configuration and extensions for real workflows.

Data protection risks often arise in everyday work

This issue is not limited to classic companies. Associations, administrations, care providers, property managers, construction and service teams or self-employed people may also work with personal data.

This can include customer, member, resident, patient, employee, property or project data. If such information is stored in private messengers, personal contact lists or permanent chat histories without clear necessity or legal basis, it can be unlawful under data protection rules and create fine risks.

The GDPR requires, among other things, lawfulness, purpose limitation, data minimization, storage limitation and appropriate technical and organizational measures. Konvoro Enterprise can be a technical building block for organizing confidential communication more deliberately, separately and with less data exposure.

Rollout lists for delivery services, driver, vehicle and route lists, confidential task dispatch, completion feedback, photo feedback directly from the app and groups by location, team, project or property.

Industry modules are especially conceivable for construction, logistics, property management, care services, municipalities, security services, service companies and associations.

Administration without content access

An administration overview can show identities, groups, blocking and usage status without exposing message contents. The operator manages the environment, not the content of communication.

Development status

Konvoro Enterprise is planned as an extension for companies and organizations. The current Konvoro version is first available for iPhone users who want confidential communication for private or professional use.
